    Tristen Fletcher Review added: 2018.11.20
Craig Stirk, one of the main mechanics working for Mark, who in Marks own text says he supervises Craig's work at Warley Motor Services, Craig and Mark on two separate occassions have allowed me to drive away when the car was in a dangerous state and unfit to drive. Neither Craig or Mark met me to handover the vehicle and discuss any issues found, instead they chose to leave the car keys under the bonnet and once in the wheel arch. Waiting for a full report from an independent garage now to assess the damage and what other shoddy work thats been done. I will post the full story and evidence when I have the report back. I have emails and sms messages proving every single word. Trading standards have been informed and when the report is back, my solicitor will be contacting both Craig and Mark to pursue this in court. Craig is easy to recognise he has a very poorly done facial tattoo that is impossible to hide. Craig also trades as Piston Broke Motor Repairs as a mobile mechanic. He has even left a 5 star review for himself at Warley Motor Services from Piston Broke Motor Repairs on here. One of the many jobs Craig did on the car was to fit a used wheel hub, which turns out to be damaged, this has caused damage to other components like the ABS sensor. At the same time as replacing the wheel hubs he also replaced the brake discs. Unbelievably he fitted two different sized brake discs to the front of the vehicle, yes you read that right, on the passenger side he fitted a much small brake disc than on the drivers side, which obviously could have been catastrophic for anyone driving the vehicle, especially if an emergency stop had needed to be preformed. The brake pad patruded over the wrong size brake disc by more than 20mm ( how can a trained mehcanic miss that?). It took Craig almost 12 weeks to realise this mistake even though I complained every time I drove the car that there was a continuous grinding noise. Basically the car has been unusable for months due to the concerns regarding it's safety. Thankfully the car was hardly driven due to the ABS system not working otherwise someone could have been killed. I'm registered disabled and this has had a massive negative effect on my health. Craig also damaged the radio trying to find the pollen filter under the dash, (The pollen filter is accessed from outside the car) He also broke an aircon pipe doing the service which he refuses to repair even though he admits he most likely broke it, in his own texts to me he says the aircon worked before I started working on the vehicle so I must have done it. I've requested to see Craigs qualifications and liability insurance but he refuses to show me anything. After requesting numerous times he also refuses to supply me with all the invoices and receipts for the work done. Please check back for an update as after I recieve thè independent garage report at the end of the week I will post their full findings on here.
BEWARE AND STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTS.
