- michelle spencer Review added: 2018.05.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Be aware - this company is terrible, awful, appalling, poor. Totally rubbish service, lazy staff, poor customer care. I arranged to have my parcel delivered at my local supermarket that open at 7am, got an email from the delivery driver at 11.06 stating that there was no one available to sign for the order. I don't think the driver even bothered to take my parcel to the supermarket.
What kind of lame excuse is that, the supermarket was open from 7am and there is always a member of staff at the customer service desk to accept deliveries. Obviously drivers are not doing there job and making attempts to deliver parcels and taking short cuts.
I phoned the customer care line absolutely diabolical, first time had to wait 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone, I told him what had happened he said he would have to phone the driver to find out, I asked if he could call me back because I can't wait any longer on the phone while he called the driver as I've already been on the phone for nearly half hour. 3 hours later still no call back so I called the customer care line again on the phone waiting for 40 minutes no one bothered to answer so I hung up as could waste any more of my call minutes. - Heather Howes Review added: 2018.03.15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Useless. Had a bad experience before. Attempted to collect my parcel from the oldbury depot. Ended up waiting for more than 1 hour due to lazy useless staff along with half a dozen other poor sods. Suspect the Waiting room only exists to keep people out of their way.
Had a new problem today with another parcel. Waiting for delivery at home all day long, then get message saying I've changed the date to tomorrow. No!! I call up and find that's a lie. Apparently a problem with useless staff not knowing what they can and can't deliver and when. Still waiting. No parcel. Feel tempted to drive to the depot. Seems fruitless tho
