This is to acknowledge the receipt of your complaint. CQC has completed the investigation through the Sandwell Council social worker. The case has now been closed by the social worker as Mrs Beckford (the service user) was very happy with the carers and our service and she did not have any complaints. The claims of the grandson have not been substantiated by her.
